Jana Ritchie

Jana Ritchie received her degree in Math Education from Harding University.  Prior to her life as a homeschooling mom, she worked as a computer programmer with an actuarial firm.  She and her husband, Ronnie, have four daughters.  Jana began her homeschooling career sixteen years ago when uttering those words many homeschooling families know so well, "Let's try it just for kindergarten".  Since then, she's never looked back.  Jana has been a member of The Academy Tutorial Board for the past two years, and also serves as the Academy Events Coordinator and the Administrator of the Academy Ala Carte Mondays program.  Jana teaches Algebra 1, Personal Finance and 7th Grade Grammar.
