Registration is next week, Tuesday, April 7th!! If you will have a student in classes for the 2026-27 academic year at The Academy Tutorial, you must print the Registration Information packet (as referred to in point #3 below),fill out required papers, and write all tuition and fee checks BEFORE arriving for registration on Tuesday April 7th. (Please make sure you have enough checks on hand!!)
 
Your registration information is now available as well as the updated student roster for the classes.  Click here for the final schedule.   

Directions:

1. Click here for Tuesday rosters. Click here Friday rosters. Download the rosters, circle your student(s) name.  You might notice your student has been moved from one section to another to include your student in all the classes requested or you might notice that the whole class has been moved to another time. Any moves might have also moved a study hall hour.  Please verify your student(s) are in all the classes you need for the upcoming school year.  The following classes have more than one section:
 
Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science
World Geography, World History

2. After downloading the information and verifying the rosters, if you have a correction regarding the roster communicate with Sarah Sanchez before Thursday, April 2nd. You can reach Sarah Sanchez here.  You may add classes to your original request but you may not drop any classes that you have already requested and are currently on the roster.
 
3. The Registration Information packet can be found here. New families might want to reach out to someone that has previous Academy registration experience. It can appear daunting even though the instructions are thorough.

4. Every family needs to join MTHEA for our insurance and Schoology accounts. The fee is $30 per family and an additional $10 per student in your family on Schoology. Please come with a check made out to MTHEA for the amount accordingly.

Sign up for next year's events NOW:
We will be using SignUp Genius again this year for families to sign up for their required volunteer events. We need a parent from each family to sign up for THREE SPOTS TOTAL - one event, one all-day parent, and one additional spot. Parents, please use the Academy Parent Events/All-Day Parent SignUp Genius, found here. We will be confirming your volunteer commitments as you come through the registration line on April 7th. The SignUp Genius will be closed by Monday, April 6th at 6 pm. Molly Bradstreet will be at the building during registration on April 7th to help those who still need to sign up for events.

We will have copy of the 2026-27 Directory at a table.  Please double check to make sure your information is correct.
